The Hermosa Inn, Phoenix

The hotel felt like a secret garden hideaway in a beautiful and lush setting. The rooms, however, were in dire need of remodeling with solid wooden doors and either tile floors or real wood, but unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to the abundance of mosquitoes. The service was top-notch, especially the front desk coordinator who was so nice and accommodating, but sadly, our trip was marred by a VERY abusive restaurant manager. The location was really nice, a short drive to hundreds of restaurants, outdoor activities, and the airport, but there was no recognition of the issue we faced at check-out. The dining experience, set up in the courtyard, was superb even with limited healthy dish options. Overall, a nice place with a few drawbacks.

The location in the tranquil courtyard was outrageously extravagant with gorgeous flowers, a lovely fountain, and a quiet pool, perfect for easy hiking or exploring nearby attractions. The dining experience was outstanding, and the facilities were exceptional. A truly memorable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
