Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were beautifully appointed and cozy, offering a pleasant stay. The enchanting grounds with lush landscaping and lovely pools added to the charm of the place. However, there were some noticeable odors in the hallway and room, which was a slight downside.

I felt like I was staying in a little oasis with enchanting grounds and spacious villas. Although the horrible smell in the hallway was a downside, the overall experience for young children was delightful.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decor and the cozy fireplace. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made my experience truly special. The location was lovely, with beautiful pathways through gardens and charming courtyards, perfect for a relaxed dream vacation. The dining was delicious when I did eat at the restaurant, offering a variety of tasty dishes at a fair price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with some of the best customer service I've seen in years. The location, while beautiful with its lush gardens, needs a major upgrade to compete with other resorts in the area. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some delicious options but also some that didn't taste good. Despite the drawbacks, the facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The service was spectacular, with friendly staff bringing me drinks poolside. The hotel's location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful pathways through lush gardens and antiquated courtyards, unlike anywhere I've stayed in Scottsdale. Dining at T Cooks was fabulous, but the price was a bit high for what was offered.
