I booked an Executive Double Double Room Balcony. The room was clean. It was also tidy. Beach access was easy. I could walk there directly from the hotel. The resort has free access to a water park which was very convenient.
The gym was very warm.

the waterpark was a very main feature for our children. They wanted to be in there all day. our room was perfect for a family. we had the executive king room balcony. the balcony was great for taking in the resort grounds.
The overall service felt poor. reception staff were slow. Simple requests felt frustrating. the shuttle service was unreliable. i was told it would be sent. It never arrived. guests are required to pay a cash-only deposit. This felt inconvenient.

the FOOD was GREAT. I liked the VARIETY. The staff were so HELPFUL, always READY. the BUGGIES around the resort was very USEFUL. it made getting around SUPER easy.
the housekeeping was okAY. it needed improvement. I had to request things.

my room included a spacious balcony with seating. the suite included a king sized bed and a separate bunk bed area for the children. a mini fridge was provided for our drinks and snacks.

the hotel offered a 24 hour front desk service. the staff was fast to answer calls and provide ASSISTANCE. the BUGGY service was always available to transport guests around the resort.

the resort HAS a WATER park with several slides. SEVERAL restaurants served a range of cuisines. a GYM with cardio equipment and weights was available for guest use.

Great waterpark, friendly staff!

The room was big. It included two bathrooms. We stayed for five nights in a two bedroom penthouse with private pool. Food tasted reasonable in the hotel. The beach offers a great experience. Staff was friendly, polite, and effective. My boys enjoyed the waterpark. It made our family vacation great.

The hotel is close to the airport. It is convenient for arrival or departure. A 7-Eleven is only a 5-10 min walk away. This made quick trips for snacks easy.
