the breakfast had many choices and the service was attentive. the pool areas are well designed, and i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel.
the room did not have water glasses for four days and i had to ask for them daily. the body lotion was never replenished in the bathroom, so i had to phone each time to request it.

slow servicetv channels
the room service wasn't great, sometimes slow to respond. also, i found the in-room coffee capsules weren't labelled, so it was a guessing game each morning. there was a noticeable lack of variety in tv channels. a bit disappointing for a longer stay, and i hoped for more from a hotel like this.
