i liked the friendly staff. they wished my husband a happy birthday, a nice touch. they were also helpful when our phones were pickpocketed. the room was spacious, and the maid service kept it clean.
i found the air conditioning situation problematic. it was shut down for the season, and we could not open the windows. it became too warm, and sleeping was difficult.

really good service
nice staff family breakfast happy wife safe area
the staff were very nice i appreciated that it was different from large chains. the breakfast was a family favorite. my wife thoroughly enjoyed her massage. i safety was good in this area. i even got a free beer while i waited for the airport taxi.
The room cleaning was imperfect. There were some dust and stains visible on the walls.

poor breakfast extra charge
the room was clean with decor that was attractive. it was tidy too.
the breakfast wasn't good. i couldn't understand why i could have an omelette, scrambled eggs or fried eggs included, yet a boiled or poached egg cost extra. the food wasn't great quality either.
