Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't ask for a better view from my room - it was nice and clean, and the double city view was totally worth it. The bed was comfortable, making my stay cozy. On the downside, I wished there were more dining options available in the room.
Upon arrival, the room was pretty nice but not that clean. We had to do some cleaning ourselves as it was very dusty. The bed though was comfortable. The service was attentive to our needs and very friendly. The location was the epicenter of our planned activities but had some noise issues that affected our sleep. The dining experience was not great with limited options. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spotless and had water and a small fridge, making them super cozy with comfy bedding. The location was perfect for a fun night out, being beautiful and clean. However, I was a bit disappointed by the noise against the elevators.
The hotel has the latest decor and a really comfortable bed, although the rooms are smaller in general. Unfortunately, my room had not been cleaned and I was not offered fresh towels or water replacements. The service was amazing, very helpful and they care about your needs, making me consider staying again at this hotel. The location was the selling point for us, with access to a shopping center and a great location for accessing USC and the LA Coliseum. However, downtown LA can be unpleasant. The dining experience was fair enough, but it was a downside that it was unavailable for room service. The facilities were up to standard, although room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room we got was spacious, clean, and had a lovely double city view from the corner, which I found truly worth it. It was big enough to comfortably accommodate three people. The 10 am check-out time was convenient for us.
