charming stay!
coffee machine helpful staff excellent location
i really enjoyed that my room had a coffee machine , it made mornings easier. the staff were really helpful with directions. the hotel's location was excellent , close to many shops and restaurants , it was easy to explore the area.
the room was smaller than i expected , it made it a little difficult to move around with luggage.

The hotel offered great access to many attractions. notre dame was an easy walk. the odeon metro station was very close. there were many dining options available nearby. I could easily find various restaurants.
the room size was an issue for me! i booked a classic room with a double bed and a small bathroom. i had two large suitcases, and there was not enough space.

the front desk staff were attentive and friendly! when i requested an ironing board and iron, they delivered them promptly. the staff provided helpful service .

The room included Molton Brown toiletries which was a plus. The staff stored my luggage securely before check-in and after check-out. I appreciated the fresh croissants offered daily in the lobby. My "Cocon" room had a comfortable double bed with high-quality bedding.
The soundproofing could be improved as I heard some street noise.
