The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Alseef Mall, with helpful staff, but the dining experience could be improved. The rooms are spacious but have a slight smoking odor. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, much better than what I expected from the previous suite I booked. The service was top-notch with amazing food and services, although there was a minor mishap when they mistakenly tried to check me out early. The location was convenient, being close to two malls, although the busy roads at night could be a bit of a bother. The dining experience was delicious, and the facilities were great overall.
