The location was amazing! It offered very easy access to the tube. The hotel provided free water. I took it to my room. The room felt spacious and I found it quiet considering the hotel's location.

The reception staff came across as rude when I arrived. That was not a great start. I was like I wasn't listened to when I checked in initially. Room 608 was not what I expected given the hotel's class.

Breakfast had an à la carte menu along with a buffet. The food at the restaurant tasted really good. The staff seemed attentive and friendly during meals.

The hotel is located near the business district and local attractions. This proximity allowed for convenient access to key areas. I easily reached the tube station to travel around the area.

The hotel's location worked especially well for exploring the area. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. My room type, Standard Room, was a decent size.

The shower did NOT work very well. The room felt rather old-fashioned. There was unexpected noise early in the morning because of hotel works. Someone even came into my room by accident.

the location was central, close to shops and theatres.

The room i got was disappointing. the bathroom mirror was not fogless so it was useless after a shower. also, the shower itself, while powerful, had a leaky faucet that dripped all night. It was annoying and impacted my sleep
