the reception staff greeted me with warmth. conversations felt sincere with the entire team. every staff member seemed genuinely invested in making my stay nice. the hotel's dedication to hospitality felt personal.
i found the breakfast just okay. it was only served and not special.

the building has a very beautiful design. the rooms are elegant. the fridge offered drinks and snacks without extra charge, also a coffee machine. the shower was large.

the location is in the heart of the historic center. it is close to the major landmarks. i walked to the trevi fountain in minutes. i could easily explore the city.

The breakfast offered a fantastic a la carte menu! The hotel is fine. Its beautiful decoration places it near the main tourist attractions.
The hotel seemed hastily opened. It was not fully finished. Windows are single-glazed and do not always shut properly.

the staff was helpful at breakfast.
The hotel seemed unfinished. the windows did not shut properly, and noise from outside was constant, even after a room change. I was surprised by their lack of concern about the noise in the city center.

I was charmend by the breakfast, it had a full menu and included eggs. The staff was attentive and constantly looked after our needs. I found the rooms new and clean, this was pleasing.
The hotel windows dont shut properly and they are one glassed. I did complain about the outside noise everyday. I felt the hotel has hastily open, it was not finished.
