Excellent Location and Modern Comfort

The hotel room felt brand NEW. The carpet in my room was indeed new and clean. The shower, bed, and kitchenette were nice, each person even had their own closet. Everything had such a pristine feel, unlike some typical older accommodations (which is a plus for ME!). The location is also convenient to the main attractions. I found the breakfast extensive with many choices.
The elevator had a slight musty scent sometimes, which wasn't ideal.
Rooms

My room included a television with access to multiple international channels. The soundproofing was effective. I did not hear noise from outside or adjacent rooms. A safe was available in the closet for storing valuables.

The breakfast area provides various options including fresh pastries, cereals, and fruits. Hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and bacon were available every morning. I definitely enjoyed starting my day with a full and tasty breakfast.

The hotel is an eight-minute walk to the Spanish steps. It took me about thirty minutes to walk to both the Vatican and the Colosseum. There's a large number of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
Facilities

The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day (a BIG plus for security). After a certain hour at night, you will need to be buzzed into the courtyard to access the elevator. This added an extra layer of security, which I appreciated.

small elevator unpleasant odor
the elevator was quite small, and i found an unpleasant odor present consistently. accessing the rooms required navigating a staircase after using the lift. i also noted a distinct lack of readily available tea-making facilities within the room. it was frustrating for someone who prefers tea over coffee.

The staff were helpful and courteous. I found numerous shops and restaurants very close by. The hotel offered a very central location. I had a restful night's sleep due to the tranquil setting and very comfortable bedding.
The elevator was small.

The breakfast includes a wide array of savory and sweet options. There are also classic Italian pastries such as cakes, croissants and fruit available. Super good espresso is served at breakfast.

The rooms have luxurious furnishings and are well equipped. There are large beds and spacious bathrooms. The interior design provides a very nice aesthetic with many unusual touches in the finish.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area. It is a short walk to the Spanish Steps and near many shops. Major landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain are within easy reach.
