i adored this fine hotel the second i walked in. the staff offered really good service and attention to detail. i enjoyed the complimentary bubbly, mince pies. chocolate available in the lounge, especially the open fire.
The shower pressure was slightly low . Otherwise, everything was perfect.

this spot has a superb location, as it's near all the main shops, restaurants, and pubs, all within a comfortable walking distance. i found that the convenience made exploring easy, and i appreciated the proximity to various amenities.

the room included complimentary drinks and snacks that was luxurious. the staff provided perfect advice on local attractions. the room was super clean with complete amenities that ensured a comfortable stay.
i found no plug sockets were near any mirrors. this was frustrating for hair styling. a portable mirror could improve this situation.

the staff members were very cute and helpful . sofie at the front desk arranged a prompt taxi pickup to ease my airport arrival. their attentiveness greatly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.

a wonderful stay

The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I had complimentary water, wine, and snacks. the staff was friendly. i appreciated the modern decorwith a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast delivered to the room included yoghurt, muesli, juice, coffee, and pastries.
Sound insulation was quite poor. I could hear footsteps overhead and doors banging early in the morning.
