Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Adria was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, close to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and many attractions, but there were some service issues that needed improvement. The rooms were cozy but had some minor inconveniences. Although the dining options were satisfactory, there were discrepancies in the breakfast. Overall, a good option for those looking for a central spot in London.
The hotel was outstanding with beautifully designed rooms and exceptional service. The location was superb, offering easy access to Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and top attractions. The dining experience was included and top-notch. A few minor drawbacks were noticed in the facilities and pricing.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a high ceiling, and it was big and comfortable, especially by London standards. The service was top-notch with attentive and welcoming staff, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Gloucester Road station, and close to many attractions and great restaurants. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a nice selection for breakfast. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and interesting, with incredible marbled bathrooms and lovely touches like chocolate on the pillows. The service was professional, very friendly, and extremely helpful. The location was great, close to the tube and plenty of bars and restaurants. The dining experience was really nice, with impeccable service from the front desk and serving staff. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well organized with closets built into the paneling. I was upgraded into a junior suite, which was lovely. The service was top-notch, with staff who were accommodating and friendly. The location was convenient, with easy access to tube stations, bars, cafes, and bakeries. The dining experience was exceptional, with a lovely selection of fresh fruit, bread, cheeses, meat, and pastries. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had a splendid stay at Adria for 4 days during my last visit to London in the Serpentine Executive Room. The rooms are large and pretty, stocked with amazing snacks, but I did feel a bit out of bed twice due to the beautiful tree they had in the drawing room. The service is top-notch with a sense of safety and privacy, but some staff seemed scared and uncomfortable at times. The location couldn't be better in South Kensington, close to the V & A and the Natural History Museum. The dining left something to be desired with areas for improvement in the buffet. Overall, a great experience in a beautifully renovated building.
The hotel has bright and spacious rooms with well-organized closets built into the paneling, perfect for meeting friends or visitors if the room space feels small for couples. The service, initially perceived as stiff and arrogant, gradually improved day by day. The location is ideal for sightseeing near museums, and the dining experience, while lovely, felt slightly limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few service hiccups to bear in mind.
The hotel is located in a beautiful area of London, close to everything. The rooms lacked warmth but were comfortable overall. The service was exceptionally helpful, although staff seemed uncomfortable at times. The dining options, while fresh and reasonably priced, could use improvement. The location is fantastic for exploring London, near underground stations and key attractions.
