I couldn't have asked for a better location! Right in front of the American embassy, which made me feel safe and in a very central area for exploring and enjoying traditional Vietnamese cuisine. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable, a far cry from the cramped spaces in other District One hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The hotel has clean and spacious rooms but with terrible lighting and noise from the housekeeping pantry starting early in the morning. The service is a mix of cold and friendly interactions. The location is slightly away from the main tourist spots but convenient for walking to attractions. The dining experience offers plenty of choices. The facilities are generally good.
