The hotel is conveniently located near the main plaza and offers easy access to various stores and restaurants. While the rooms were a bit cramped and lacked proper insulation against outside noise, the absence of a window that could be opened led to a musty smell. On the bright side, the vibrant nightlife nearby adds to the overall experience.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room, though lacking an outside window, was much better than expected, despite being quite dim due to the building's structure. The service was excellent, and the location, while bustling at night, provided easy access to main areas. The dining options were good, though it would be nice if they started earlier. Overall, a mixed but satisfying experience.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable with a fantastic location close to the center of San Cristobal de las Casas and easy walking access to the town center. The rooms were comfortable but facing a noisy atrium, and the dining options were limited. The hotel's hub of activity at night added a vibrant atmosphere, but rowdy neighbors were a downside.
