the staff proved friendly, always ready to assist with any requests i had. the rooms were modern and spacious, matching the pictures shown online. i especially appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel, reflecting a high standard of maintenance.
the tv in the room was not a smart tv.

The spa offered a relaxing experience with a sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. I found these amenities very well kept. the hotel also provided convenient transport options just outside, including a tram which was beneficial for accessing the city.

The breakfast team consistently offered a lovely buffet and served fresh coffee with a smile. the front desk staff was professional and friendly. They were always available to help with directions and recommendations, a great asset.

Breakfast included freshly homemade cakes and desserts, prepared daily. I found them to be a real highlight. the breakfast buffet was substantial, with a good variety of options including omelettes prepared by the kitchen staff, a detail i enjoyed.

the staff were lovely and helpful in all areas of the hotel, from the reception to the breakfast area. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast menu, because it had a wide range of options, including cooked dishes like omelettes and pancakes (i loved the pancakes!). the room was nice and neat, and i appreciated the spa access after a busy day of sightseeing.
the hotel is not located right in the city center, so i had to walk about 15-20 minutes to reach the main attractions. i wish there was a quicker way to get there.
