The hotel's proximity to Grand Central Terminal really helped me (saved so much time!). I found a great laundromat only a short walk away. The yoga mat in my room was a nice touch. I used it every morning to stretch.
The coffee was not hot enough in my opinion.

The staff was kind and the gym had everything I needed. (Though I only used the treadmill.)
The hotel did not assist with taking luggage to the room. The housekeeper made the bed daily, but never swept the floor or cleaned the shower room. Surfaces were also not wiped of four nights.
