handy and clean
fine placement friendly staff reasonable price
i found a very fine placement with many restaurants nearby. the staff seemed friendly. we are planning to stay here again on our next trip. water machine had bottles. nuts for purchase in room had reasonable prices.

I found refillable water stations on each floor. A wonderful amenity. the rooftop terrace offered beautiful, calming moments. the bathroom and shower were quite nice. I appreciated the good size.

long delay small room
the location proved very convenient, especially for city exploration.
The hot water took an excessively long time to heat up. This wasted time. the room felt small for two occupants. a deposit was taken. It was not cited as hotel policy, and i am awaiting a refund.

central location nespresso machine chilled water free refreshments
The location was excellent, very close to major attractions. The room included a nespresso machine which was a nice touch. I liked the filtered chilled water dispenser available with bottles for refill. The common space on the top floor provided free coffee, water and sparkling water with city views.
The check-in process was slow, and i had to wait longer than expected to get my room ready.

The staff was helpful and greeted me by name, charming. The front desk was staffed well. The staff assisted promptly with requests.

Coffee was available in the common space on the 27th floor. A nespresso machine existed in the room. This was very useful. Free coffee, water, and sparkling water were available.

A terrace with tables and chairs was on the 27th floor. The lounge on the 27th floor included workstations. A chilled refillable water station on every floor existed, a convenience i did appreciate.

The room included a sitting area with a table, advantageous. A shelf over the toilet helped maximize space. The bed was comfortable, and i slept soundly.

an okay stay overall
great location complimentary drinks rude staff faulty remote
i liked the hotel location. it was a couple of minutes walk from grand central. the top floor offered complimentary tea, coffee, and water daily. you could take in the skyline there.
The staff was not great. no one greeted me in the lobby on leaving or return, even when the lobby was empty. i had a faulty remote. They sent a guy, but it never worked properly .
