i found a very fine placement with many restaurants nearby. the staff seemed friendly. we are planning to stay here again on our next trip. water machine had bottles. nuts for purchase in room had reasonable prices.

the location proved very convenient, especially for city exploration.
The hot water took an excessively long time to heat up. This wasted time. the room felt small for two occupants. a deposit was taken. It was not cited as hotel policy, and i am awaiting a refund.

The location was excellent, very close to major attractions. The room included a nespresso machine which was a nice touch. I liked the filtered chilled water dispenser available with bottles for refill. The common space on the top floor provided free coffee, water and sparkling water with city views.

i liked the hotel location. it was a couple of minutes walk from grand central. the top floor offered complimentary tea, coffee, and water daily. you could take in the skyline there.
The staff was not great. no one greeted me in the lobby on leaving or return, even when the lobby was empty. i had a faulty remote. They sent a guy, but it never worked properly .
