i found the room quite spacious, a lovely surprise after a long journey. the bed offered such comfort, and it was like i was floating on a cloud each night. i could brew fresh coffee each morning because there was a coffee machine.
i noticed the sink stopper was not working properly . i had to mention it a few times before it was eventually addressed. this small detail did detract slightly from the overall experience, though it was resolved.

I stayed in the king suite and it was AMAZING. The location is REALLY convenient, very close to the Chrysler building. The free bag drop helped a lot since I arrived before check-in (I loved that).
The tv remote was a bit unresponsive.

The staff provided complimentary bottles of water. The cleaning service was first class. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful.
There was no kettle in the room I was told to heat up water with the tiny coffee maker.

this hotel have an excellent location near transportation hubs. my room on upper floors offered a great quiet. i did appreciate the modern room design and it includes sufficient space for luggage.
a short wait was sometimes required. this never inconvenience me, but it is notice.

the room i was assigned was different from the photo online. instead of a large room, it was quite small. two adults could barely open their suitcases.
