My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room was very comfortable & quaint, equipped with all amenities needed for a cozy stay. The large closet was a bonus for storing extra ski bags. The service from the bell boy to the bartenders and wait staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing my overall experience. The location, well-maintained and with stunning mountain views, was perfect for exploring nearby trails and attractions. The dining, particularly the blueberry pancakes in the Crystal Ballroom, was delicious, although it leaned towards the less healthy side. Overall, a great stay with minor room for improvement.
The rooms were cramped and had a noisy air conditioning unit that was very annoying. Despite trying to adjust the heat, the room stayed much smaller than expected. However, the staff blamed the booking for not being able to accommodate 12 people in our rooms.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. The dining experience was a bit disappointing due to limited breakfast options. The location is fantastic, offering beautiful views of the mountains and a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities were enjoyable, but there were some minor issues with the room amenities.
