I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the rooms were inconveniently located far from the elevator, with a view of a bright Christmas tree all night. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and helpful, compensating for the noise issue. The location was beautiful but lacked maintenance, while the breakfast and facilities left much to be desired.
My one-night stay at the hotel was decent in terms of room appearance, but I was next to a room frequently rented out to multiple people, and the distance to the elevator felt like walking around the hotel twice. The service was nice at the front counter and The Grouse, yet some delays occurred during check-in and check-out. The location, although causing some backups, was very clean and offered a spacious pool. Unfortunately, I had to spend extra on breakfast elsewhere, but the dining options were tasty.
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not as clean as expected with dated decor, but the price we paid was reasonable. The service was friendly but hindered by crowded spaces, and the location was inviting but had some maintenance issues. The dining was hit or miss, and the outside entrance was littered.
