My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, but they were extremely loud, prompting me to request a room change due to the noise. The hotel was large, clean, and comfortable overall; however, the furniture was old and dusty with limited food options available on-site.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful with a nice sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely screened balcony. They are starting to show a bit of wear, but nothing too concerning. The service was outstanding, with everyone being so welcoming and friendly, especially Manny, Lou, Damitri, and Mary at the Bar/Restaurant who truly went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The location was convenient, close to the parks and especially great for Sea World access. The dining was good, although not included, and the facilities were top-notch.
