My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although clean and spacious, were not ready upon our arrival, but being on the top floor in the Pointe section offered stunning East balcony views of the golf course, airplanes, and mountains. The service was excellent overall, with friendly and attentive staff, although there was confusion about the location of certain amenities. The location was convenient, close to various attractions and dining options, but some areas were under renovations, impacting the overall experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is ideally located near the beautiful Carlsbad Beach and within reach of fantastic dining options. The rooms are spacious, modern, and tastefully furnished, providing a cozy ambiance. The service was impeccable, attentive from check-in to check-out. However, the dining experience lacked variety, and the price could be a bit steep for some travelers.

The room had some issues as it was not ready upon check-in, but the service at another Hilton Grand Vacations property with Hilton was amazing.
