During all the crazy hectic chaos of a wedding, the hotel provided a cool oasis at 23 degrees, although they struggled with fixing a maintenance issue. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and received regular cleaning with complimentary stuff refills.
The hotel offers very clean and extremely comfortable rooms, with a wide range of room service options without any additional charges. The service provided by the staff, including security guards, front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is perfectly situated in the heart of Lahore, offering easy access to all attractions. The dining experience, although nice with a good variety, could improve its breakfast selection. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money with top-notch service and comfortable rooms.
I absolutely loved my stay at Avari Luxus Grand! The rooms were luxurious and the temperature was just perfect for me. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Khurram and Mr Rehman. The location was central and convenient, although a bit far from some attractions. The dining experience was up to my expectations, with delicious dishes served daily. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.
My stay at Luxus was truly unforgettable. The rooms were not only beautiful overlooking the swimming pool but also very spacious, making them perfect for any occasion. I even had my Nikkah in my room and the wedding reception in their banquet hall, which was incredibly convenient and well-organized. The little touches, like the bouquet of flowers and a cake to celebrate my wedding, really made me feel special. The bed was the most comfortable I've experienced, and the option to choose my pillow type added a personal touch. However, the view from the rooms is limited but met all my needs satisfactorily.
The hotel is centrally located, close to many things in Lahore with a slightly odd layout. The service is exceptional, and the room service and environment offer great privacy. However, the dining experience requires some improvement. Overall, it's in the heart of everything but in a busy area.
