room it was big. location is perfect and central. staff is friendly and willing to help every time. breakfast it was lovely and i had many options. i love the what's app guest relations message.
air conditioning was noisy. i couldn't sleep well. when i switch it off, the room becomes hot. my room view it was bad, very near to an old building. i think its overpriced.

Breakfast had a pancakes station, also an omelette station. I also liked the sweet lassi. The staff provided anything we needed quickly. Bedding was changed daily.
The bathrooms could use upgrades. I noticed some rust.

The staff were so kind and helpful. the room was very clean. breakfast was amazing!!! i especially appreciated the attention from mr usman. His professional attitude really made an impression. i extended my stay because of the great service.
The air conditioning was quite noisy. It made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably. i hope they address this soon.
