Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a royal experience with beautiful rooms, traditional furniture, and friendly service, but be prepared for higher charges. The location is convenient for exploring Agra attractions, and the dining is delicious with room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with interesting furniture and decor, featuring doors opening to the garden and the pool. The bed was lovely with soft and clean linen, ample space, and a great bathroom. The variety for breakfast was impressive, and the staff was warm and efficient. While the location might feel a bit far from the hustle and bustle, the peaceful setting is a definite highlight.
The hotel rooms were beautifully presented and comfortable, with ample space for three of us. The service was very friendly, especially Sabahi who gave us a complimentary henna tattoo experience. The location was great for visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. The dining experience was fantastic. Overall, a great value for money stay.
The hotel's rooms are pretty big even though they look old and are based on a medieval English decoration, making them absolutely massive. The service was very attentive, polite, and friendly, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location, with its unique character and charm, is great for getting away from the city bustle, but being next to a loud road is a bit of a drawback. The dining experience was average, though a bit plain compared to other options. The hotel's facilities are a mix of positive and negative aspects.
The hotel offers clean rooms with high ceilings and traditional fixtures, but road noise can be heard from the open balcony. The price is reasonable at Rs2,000 plus taxes.
After enduring an 18-hour train journey, we were warmly welcomed by Sahaya, who graciously offered us a room upgrade. Although the dim lighting made the room a bit gloomy during the day, the spacious and soundproofed accommodations provided a comfortable retreat from the bustling streets outside.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was amazing and had a pool view window, the staff was lovely, and the location near the Taj Mahal was very convenient. However, the room was a bit cold, and I had to request additional heating.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and stuffed with antiques, which I loved, but they were quite humid which could be an issue for those with allergies. The service was really helpful and warm, but there were some odd looks when I asked for a breakdown. The location had a tranquil and welcoming vibe, but it wasn't great for exploring on foot. The dining options were decent with nice breakfast choices. Overall, a place with character but some drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but the humidity might be an issue for those with allergies. The multiple entrances, one leading to the pool and spa, were a nice touch. However, I did find the need for net doors to keep the rooms ventilated a bit inconvenient.
