The hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, but unfortunately had a damp musty smell that affected the overall experience. The service was top-notch with a very welcoming and helpful staff. The location was superb, offering plenty of amenities nearby. The dining experience was busy and slightly overpriced for what it offered. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I was lucky to upgrade to a club room for free, and I must say the experience was delightful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel surroundings were beautiful, perfect for evening walks.
The hotel's location on JBR is excellent, offering everything you need within walking distance, from restaurants to car rental services. The rooms, although initially a bit underwhelming with a seaview, were later changed to a pool-facing room that was top-notch with cleanliness, comfortable beds, and a great shower. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff making the stay enjoyable. Dining options offered a variety of delicious dishes, although some meat and fish options were slightly different. Despite minor inconveniences, the hotel's facilities were generally modern and convenient.
Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The corner room we were provided, which was labeled as the 'sea view club room,' felt very modern and up to date with all the expected facilities of a new 5-star hotel. The assistance from the management with our bookings and requests added a personal touch to our experience.
The hotel offers a spacious and clean room with a good view of the sea, alongside extremely friendly and helpful service. The location is excellent, with well-maintained facilities, but the damp musty smell in some rooms is a significant drawback.

This hotel is a gem in Dubai's vibrant scene, offering a private beach, multiple pools, and a variety of dining options. While it's near popular spots like Dubai Walk and Dubai Marina, it maintains a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The dining experience was simply amazing, with a lavish selection that left me fully satisfied. Overall, a delightful place to stay!
