I stayed on the seventh floor and below, and while the smoking policy was a drawback, the rooms were spacious, light, and even had a jacuzzi. The service was excellent in most areas, although there were some issues with room service being late and lacking professionalism at times. The location wasn't the best with limited amenities nearby, but the dining experience was satisfactory with varied options and a fabulous view. The facilities were decent, offering a pleasant stay overall.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room featured a unique spinning TV in the bedroom, allowing me to enjoy my favorite shows while relaxing in the tub. The cleanliness of the room was commendable. However, there were some disturbances at midnight due to loud music and noise coming from another room.

The hotel offers very spacious and comfortable rooms, with the best pool timings in the entire UAE. The food, whether from room service or the restaurants, is truly delicious. The staff at the reception is incredibly helpful. However, cleanliness issues with the Jacuzzi were a mild inconvenience, and the room decor felt a bit cold and unfinished.

However, the presence of only one phone and a disconnected dummy phone in the bathroom was inconvenient. Service could be more efficient as there were repeated instances of early morning room checks despite prior communication. Chandhan and receptionists Aziz and Mohsn were friendly and helpful. The dining experience was enjoyable, albeit the optimal location could improve it. In terms of facilities, various services are available like room service, car hire, and laundry.

My short stay at the hotel was filled with hi-tech room features like a stand-alone bath, rain shower, and touch switches, offering a great view. Despite some initial hassle at check-in, the rooms were very nice and well thought out, allowing me to fully enjoy my time there.

The hotel rooms were spacious with an amazing view, but unfortunately not located in a lively area. The terrace only gets an hour of partial sun daily.

The service was outstanding, especially Ashraf Almaghrbi who made my stay feel like home. The location offers a beautiful view, though it can be a bit slippery at times. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious options prepared with attention to detail. Overall, a great value for money.
