I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the friendly staff, especially Mr Widya Wiryawan, made me feel really welcomed. The location is fantastic, right next to the shopping center. On the downside, the rooms had some issues, like limited furniture and a cockroach incident that disrupted my stay. Overall, it's a decent place, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
