the location was great and near many good restaurants.. i found this acceptable.
The adult pool was located right next to the children's pool. I found no peace there. also, the check-in occurred standing up, even though i needed a walking aid. This felt quite inconsiderate. because of this delay, i missed the free alcoholic beverages at the club lounge, disappointing.

The air conditioning in the room was NOT very effective , especially during the hottest part of the day. The room never seemed to cool down to a comfortable temperature , even with the thermostat set low. There was only ONE bench press , restricting workout options when the facility was busy.

the lush, tropical plants created a sense of well-being.
The so-called adult pool was right next to the children's pool. I found no peace. after a long flight, i had to check in standing up in the large lobby. I thought this was not ideal. the experience felt a bit subpar, honestly.

the resort location directly faces the beach, offering easy access to the shoreline, it really made our holiday special. a well kept walking path allowed us to explore the icon bali shopping centrewith a scenic route. the calm atmosphere throughout the resort was achieved by the lush greenery and meticulous grounds keeping. the pools provided refreshing relaxation during the balmy afternoons, keeping everyone happy.

I enjoyed the well-equipped gym. It included treadmills and stationary bikes! The golden sand on the beach was pristine. The staff greeted me warmly whenever I walked past. They are super friendly and helpful.

i was charmed by the extensive grounds, there were so many beautiful spots to discover. the pools were great for a refreshing dip. the breakfast buffet offered a vast selection, including local balinese dishes that i enjoyed thoroughly.
