This hotel was a mixed experience. I found the location to be very convenient, close to everything I needed in the West Bloomfield area and near several good restaurants. Unfortunately, the service was a bit disappointing as they refused to speak with me and only offered a $20 discount through the front desk clerk. The dining experience with included eggs, sausage, and bacon was satisfactory, but the natural cut fries were not up to my expectations.
