My stay at the Grand Haven Spring Holiday Inn Resort was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and very clean, just as I expected based on previous visits to other properties. The service, especially at the front desk and Jack's, was friendly and accommodating. The location, while needing some maintenance, was very accessible and attractive, being only a 10-minute drive from downtown Grand Haven and offering live entertainment near the pool area. The dining experience was satisfactory, with opportunities for improvement, and the facilities were up to current luxury standards. The price seemed fair considering the value provided.

My stay at Grand Haven Spring Holiday Inn Resort was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with a great closet, but the mildew smell and wet carpet weren't pleasant. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond. The location, while beautiful along the Grand River leading to Lake MI and Spring Lake, was marred by overcrowding and a party atmosphere. The dining experience was fantastic, but limited and somewhat inconvenient. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
