The hotel rooms were decent in size with good amenities, but unfortunately, they smelled awful and did not cool properly due to air blowing into the curtains, giving off a strong maple syrup odor that made us feel sick. The service staff was sometimes questionable in their mask practices, but overall friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, near the waterfront, though it could get messy, especially on busy summer weekends. The dining experience was excellent but struggled to keep up with demand at times.
The hotel was conveniently located, only a few minutes from downtown and the beach, adjacent to shopping and dining spots. While the rooms were available after a polite request, they were a bit small but comfortable. The service was friendly during check-in and out. On the downside, the dining options were poor, and the cleanliness was not up to standard.
