Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit tired, offered some great amenities like a full kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, and whirlpool tub, which was awesome. The recent renovation added a nice touch. However, some areas could use updating. The service was friendly and excellent overall, but there was a disappointing incident where I felt misled to book. The location was perfect for accessing gondolas and ideal for skiing, with beautiful mountain views, yet it was a bit uphill. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited as there was no restaurant on-site, but the nearby property served breakfast. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The heated outdoor pool and dual hot tubs were fantastic, and the proximity to various attractions made it a great location. However, the ADA bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, and the ongoing construction nearby was a drawback.
The hotel offers gorgeous, comfortable, and pristine rooms, but there were noise issues from late-night parties. The service was phenomenal, with some front desk staff more friendly than others. The location is convenient for accessing the slopes but isolated on a mountain road. The dining options are available in the neighboring property. Overall, the hotel provides great value for money with some areas that could be improved.
The hotel is situated at the base of the Canyons Village Sunrise lift, offering a perfect location with convenient access to Park City attractions. While the rooms had a cinderblock wall for a deck limiting the view and were noisy in the morning, the service was a mix of exceptional ski rental assistance and unprofessional behavior at times. The hot tub and grills available for BBQ added value to the location, near Canyon Village and various shopping options like Whole Foods and Walmart.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were super spacious and had a full kitchen with awesome silverware and dishes. Having 2 separate bathrooms, showers/bath, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, safe, balcony, sofas, and dining table made it truly special. The service was exceptional, especially the valet and shuttle service to Park City downtown. The location was great, offering easy access to Park City attractions and Main Street. However, the dining options were not available in the building, which was a bit inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large, gorgeous, and nicely appointed, but made noise from too much partying all night long, despite my request for a quiet atmosphere. The management was apologetic and offered a partial refund, which I appreciated. The service was truly awesome, with staff being very polite and accommodating. However, a few negative aspects somewhat overshadowed this, including the lack of some amenities and the fact that the dining options were not available within the building. The location, nestled in the beautiful mountains, was ideal for sightseeing and wildlife spotting, as well as being close to Salt Lake City, but it was not walkable to the downtown area of Park City.
