I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was incredible, right in the heart of Waikiki, within walking distance to everything I needed. The rooms were very nice, providing all the necessary amenities, and I especially appreciated the small balcony for a quick peek at the view. The service was outstanding, and despite one rude front desk worker, the rest of the staff made me feel right at home. The dining options were limited, but the nearby Embassy Suite served great food. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor hiccups.

The hotel had beautiful rooms with a neat dark wood style and sliding dividing doors, offering everything we could need. The service was exceptional with extremely courteous staff, especially the Asian bell man. The location was superb in Waikiki close to the main shopping and restaurant area, perfect for families with larger rooms. The dining options were adequate at the Embassy Suite. Overall, a great stay with minor issues.

I felt truly spoiled by the fully equipped rooms that were beautifully designed with sliding doors. However, having such luxurious amenities may not be necessary during a holiday. The service was exceptional and highly accommodating, especially with a large percentage of Japanese staff contributing to the excellent experience. The hotel's central location in the heart of Waikiki made it convenient for various activities, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Despite not being directly on the beach, the proximity to the Royal Hawaiian Center, known for its top restaurants, added to the appeal.
