My stay at the Kohala Suites was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offered us plenty of comfort to decompress during our holiday and to properly rest. The rooms were spacious, with a king-size bed, a 32-inch TV, and two nightstands, making it feel more like a house than a condo. The hotel's location right by the pool and check-in area was convenient, and the service was a breeze with very friendly staff. Despite some minor dining issues, the overall experience was memorable.

They had a king-size bed with a 32-inch TV and two nightstands on both sides of the bed, which is located right by the pool and check-in area for the Kohala Suites. The room is very large and feels more like a house than a condo.

The service was a breeze and the staff was very friendly. They even told us about a state park just south of the city of Kona that had rental gear and was protected from the open ocean by a sea break. The tours and ticket assistance were very helpful.

It is in easy walking distance to the Hilton Waikoloa and about 1.5 miles from 'A' Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The Waikoloa resort village where it's situated has many resorts, a shopping village, beach access to Waikoloa beach, and a variety of amenities.
