I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me with an ocean view and surrounded by lush foliage. The rooms were always clean and cozy, especially in building 17 on the 3rd floor overlooking the kids pool/play area and a glimpse of the ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful, although a bit pushy with timeshare offers. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of delicious dishes. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The resort offered lovely rooms with two full baths, a full kitchen, and in-unit laundry with a balcony, providing easy access to all the resort had to offer. However, some rooms had a musty smell with mold in the showers, cracked tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms, a very small dishwasher, and uncomfortable torn cushions on the couch and chairs.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The room, though spacious, felt old and in need of upgrades, with some noise issues. On the bright side, the service was outstanding with hard-working staff, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway.
