The hotel was stunning on 2 levels, providing a huge double bed and separate shower for my son, but the rooms were very outdated with several issues that don't match a 5-star claim. The service was mixed, with some staff going above and beyond while others made requests feel like a trouble. The location was perfect, right across from a beautiful beach and close to lovely restaurants, yet a bit isolated from main towns. The dining experience fell short of 5-star expectations, missing elements and presentation. Facilities were average.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and very clean, with a lovely balcony, though they could use some refurbishing. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, despite being visibly overworked. The location was perfect, right across from a beautiful beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was a bit mixed, not quite up to 5-star standards, but the home cakes were a highlight. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
