The hotel offers stunning rooms that are more beautiful than the single rooms, very comfortable, and fully equipped with all you need. The service is exceptional, with incredibly professional staff who are accommodating, helpful, and well-trained in customer care. Set in a phenomenal location, like a park for a relaxing stroll, the hotel provides a really nice addition to the experience. Although the dining options are somewhat limited compared to other hotels in Arusha, the organic Quebec cheeses are amazing.

My stay at the hotel was truly remarkable. The rooms were way past check-out times but extremely comfortable with an amazing view of Mount Meru. The staff, although some were excellent, some were a little less, are all well trained in customer care, making my experience very impressive and helpful. The location is just phenomenal, like a park in Arusha, Zanzibar, and Serengeti, offering fantastic views and excellent service. The dining experience was amazing, offering great options compared to other hotels in Arusha. Overall, the hotel is running with incredible professionalism, providing a pleasant and unforgettable stay.
