old treadmill slow garage
the fitness center was kind of a joke. it had a treadmill, but it looked like it belonged in a museum, not a hotel. also, the parking situation was weird. i waited way longer than i should have for someone to open the garage. no sign of automated systems there.

The location was perfect! bo kaap, the market, and the hop-on-hop-off bus were all within a five-minute walk. the staff were so friendly. they always had a big smile and were super helpful. i really appreciated their positive attitude. It.
I found some deferred maintenance. there was a faux leather chair. All the leather was peeling off. it didn't look very nice. the handle to open the window was broken.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. i found the room to be clean each day. breakfast offered a good selection of dishes.
the elevators did not indicate direction. our room had an odor of smoke. the restaurant's food tasted poor.

he changed my room and gave me a corner room. i also appreciated that he handled some disorderly guests well and diffused the situation quickly. the location was good, near many attractions.
the gym was poorly equipped, and i noticed it was unattended. it needs some upgrades to meet the needs of guests who want a good workout.

breakfast included many options, my picky eater daughter found all her favorites and was very happy. room service was available, though the menu was somewhat limited, a refresh could be beneficial. i didn't experience lunch or dinner here.

my room was big and the bed was comfortable and the room temperature was perfect, i had a great view. the size of the room was great, and so was the bathroom. amenities included a safe and laundry service.

the hotel is within a 15-20 minute walk to the waterfront area that has bars, restaurants, and water activities. it's also a short walk to bo-kaap area and heritage square. there are several restaurants very close by!

Excellent City Stay!

helpful staff delicious breakfast central location
I found the staff helpful! A team member even escorted me to an ATM across the street, great for safety. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices. I enjoyed the eggs made to order, they were amazing. The location is central, and I accessed the waterfront easily.
The elevators lacked direction indicators! It was hard to know if they were going up or down, which caused some confusion.
