My stay at the hotel was mainly for sleeping and showers. The rooms had a terrible layout, with only a small TV in the living room area. They provided no blankets, only thin sheets that didn't fit the mattresses properly. The staff promised to get us another room which was appreciated.
I found the hotel to be in a great location, near the beach and with convenient dining options. However, the rooms were in very bad condition with old mattresses and inadequate amenities. The service was polite, but communication could be difficult as staff spoke only Spanish.
The hotel had rooms that were in a very bad condition with humidity smells and no running water during our stay. Listed amenities like a fridge, snacks, and WiFi were lacking. On the bright side, the service was attentive to our needs and the staff was polite and friendly, especially compared to the front desk. The location was beautiful, but the pools were somewhat lacking. The dining options were good overall but can improve in terms of variety. Despite the room issues, the facilities were decent.
