Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix-Surprise, Surprise

The hotel is located in a great spot with plenty of food choices, right on a main street convenient for commuting and surrounded by various amenities. The rooms are clean and offer flexible sleeping options for families but have a strong perfume smell that can be nauseating. The service is welcoming and efficient, though sometimes inconveniencing guests. The location is excellent, especially for visiting Spring Baseball Training KC Royals games. The dining experience is ample and tasty with occasional bacon additions. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money with some minor drawbacks.

Upon arrival, our requested king bed first floor room turned into a second-floor accommodation with two smaller beds. However, the room was nicely appointed with a minibar, sink, small fridge, and microwave, although not as spacious as expected. The lack of service was a downside, but the overall ambiance was pleasant.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed, including a king-size bed, a couch, a huge TV, good channels, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The service was friendly, though I had to request clean towels, and the location was perfect for my needs. The dining options were good, with a nice variety to choose from. The facilities were great, offering everything I required for a comfortable stay.
