Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious and had a very comfortable, huge bed, making my stay very relaxing. The service was top-notch, with amazing attention at the pool and pool bar. The location was perfect, close to the airport and malecon, offering beautiful views. The dining options were superb, with probably the best meal of the day always on offer. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing and large, very well-appointed, and incredibly spacious with a comfortable, huge bed. However, there was a slight issue with a sewer system smell and loud music at times.

Staying at the Hacienda felt like being in a night club with hotel rooms. The rooms around were very big and nicely decorated, offering a unique experience. The staff at the pool restraint and a la carte restaurants around the pool were really friendly & helpful. The location is great for all tours leaving from Puerto Magico and for the airport but not as handy for Zona Romantica or downtown. The hotel is beautiful with lovely gardens. Dining to the Hilton for buffet was superb. A great place to stay with some noise concerns, but the service and rooms are impressive.
