My stay at Hotel Grand Samarkand Superior was overall positive. The spacious rooms and friendly staff were definite highlights, but the breakfast coffee could use an upgrade. I appreciated the lovely courtyard but found the water pressure in the shower a bit low for my liking.

My stay at Hotel Grand Samarkand Superior was a mix of comfort and disappointment. The rooms were clean and spacious, though mine faced a dark inner atrium, making it less inviting. The location was a bit far from the main attractions, requiring taxis, especially in the heat. Overall, the experience was decent but not without its flaws.

Although not too far from the center, I found the hotel quite remote from major sites, requiring taxis more than I expected. It's about a 25-40 minute walk to the Registan Square.

Breakfast left much to be desired; quality was poor, and offerings were sparse most days. I had better breakfasts at other hotels in Uzbekistan.

The amenities were adequate, but the sauna required advance booking which was inconvenient. Unfortunately, the pool was quite cold.

However, the breakfast options could be improved as they often served cold food, and the location was a bit far from the main attractions, requiring a 30 to 40-minute walk.
