I stayed at Hotel Sunstar Grand for 10 days on an official trip towards the end of November. The rooms, located on the second floor at the front of the building away from the side street, had large and extremely comfortable beds. The shower was a treat after a hot day exploring the town. The staff were friendly and helpful, although they didn't accept tips. The location in the Karol Bagh area was a bit out of the way but felt very safe compared to most budget hotels, being conveniently close to the subway, shops, and markets. The dining experience seemed a bit disorganized, but it was only one night's observation. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel offers a safe and comfortable stay with caring staff in Delhi, but the lack of natural light in the room can be disorienting.
