I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not well-maintained and lacked basic amenities like hot water. The location is quite far from the main attractions, making it difficult to enjoy Jaipur fully. On the brighter side, I found a couple of staff members to be helpful, but overall service was lacking. The dining options were also limited, making it hard to enjoy meals comfortably.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Cambay Grand Kukas. Initially, we were promised superior rooms but were instead given standard rooms that were noticeably smaller and poorly maintained. The staff was unhelpful during our issues, and there was a significant power outage during check-in. Although some members of the staff did make an effort to assist us, the overall service was lacking. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located for wedding events, but I wouldn't recommend staying here for any other reason.

My stay at Cambay Grand was quite the experience, but not in a good way. The property itself is beautiful from afar, but it needs serious upkeep. The room I stayed in was not clean, and there were issues with the bathroom. While the management did try to be accommodating, the overall service felt unprofessional at times. The location was okay, having easy access to the Delhi-Jaipur highway but was very noisy at night due to ongoing repairs. I wouldn't recommend this hotel until they address these issues.
