My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, although there were some unpleasant smells coming from the bathroom at times. The service was exceptional, with the staff being super friendly and even offering to drive us to the skiing location daily. The location, while a bit remote, was exclusive and very close to the Okushiga ski lifts. The dining experience with Ikeda-san was lovely, featuring natural products. The facilities were well-maintained, and I had a great time using the hot spa.
