The hotel was a nice space for two and a toddler, with a comfortable sofa bed; however, there was no hot water despite requesting it in advance. The pool and spa were a nice addition, and the view from the rooftop restaurant was enjoyable.
The hotel had a wander-full location, close to shopping essentials and dining options. The rooms were not as clean as expected, which bothered us as a family. The service was good, especially thanks to helpful staff like Emine, Koscun, Kerem, and Ugur. However, the dining options were very poor and did not meet dietary requirements.
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms that were perfect for two adults and a toddler, all without any extra charge. The service was top-notch, particularly thanks to Kerem, Ugur, and manager Ali, who were efficient and always ready to help, even accommodating a 4:30 am check-in. The location was convenient with easy access to shopping centers, essential shops, and public transportation like the Metrobus and T1 Tram. Although the dining experience had some nice offerings, the timing was a bit off and the overall quality was not consistent. Despite that, the overall value for money was commendable.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice pool and spa, great for a couple with a toddler. However, room changes are only possible in the morning, which can be inconvenient. The view from the rooftop restaurant is lovely.
