The hotel had a great location, really close to tourist spots and easily accessible by tram. The rooms were clean and had good amenities, but I was a bit disappointed that we got three single beds instead of a double room despite booking one. The service could definitely be improved as the staff seemed a bit disrespectful at times. Overall, it's a decent place but with room for improvement, especially regarding the service and room setup.
