the location is convenient for accessing nearby shops and restaurants. this aspect met my expectations.
The television lacked network connectivity. this prevented online streaming. additionally, i found the provided shower room to be subpar. It was untidy and the water was cold. a broken soap dispenser and shower lever further detracted from the experience.

i was impressed with the ski shop under the hotel. storing my ski stuff there was really convenient. the staff was cute! i find it very five-star-ish.
the tv in the room did not connect to the internet. finding a shower after skiing was a challenge. it was just a shower room with little space to get changed.

The location was great. The hotel was near the slopes. The staff in the ski shop was very helpful, especially with a late evening arrival. The bar offered classy entertainment.
The walls between rooms seemed thin and I could hear everything. I have never been to a hotel where guests are charged to use spa facilities. it felt very expensive.

It also allowed skiing to the back door of the hotel ski shop. This made it easy to store skis and boots. The staff were helpful. I appreciated the valet service that took our skis and boots to the lockers in the shop.
The TV in the room lacked a network connection. This prevented online streaming. The hotel presented itself as a five-star, though seemed more like a four-star. I found this difference noticeable.
