My stay at the hotel was lovely, with spacious rooms featuring antique furniture and very clean, comfortable beds. However, some areas showed signs of age and need for renovation, such as the wallpaper peeling due to dampness and dirty tiles in the bathroom.

The location is exceptional, right on Cours Mirabeau, offering easy access to all the town has to offer. The mediocre dining could use some improvement, although the service is friendly.
